upon the availability of your chosen provider.
For first time patients, please come to our office 30 minutes prior
to your appointment. This will allow sufficient time to complete all
necessary paperwork. If you are an established patient with Swansboro

time. This allows time for checking in, vital signs and allows flexibility

BILLING AND PAYMENT
Our fees are within the customary range for this area and reflect the
level of care you receive. This is determined by the number of problems
addressed during the visit, the level of expertise needed and the length
of time the provider spends with you.
We make every effort to control our overhead expenses and the costs
of health care. You can help us by paying upon the completion of each
visit. It is required by the insurance companies that any co-payment
required is paid at the time of the visit. Payment for special tests
or minor surgery may be delayed until insurance forms have been processed.
Payments may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
